Add model card and link to paper

This PR adds a model card for the paper Dino Forcing Flow Models: Do not denoise what you can predict and links to the code repository. It sets the pipeline tag to unconditional-image-generation for proper discoverability.
I am not so sure if unconditional-image-generation is the correct tag. I didn't release the unconditional models. Just image-generation probably is the best tag.
You're right: these released checkpoints are not unconditional models. I updated the PR to use a general image-generation tag and removed the unconditional-image-generation pipeline tag. image-generation is not a supported pipeline tag, so the free-form tag avoids mislabeling the model. Thanks for catching that.
