About Us

ARPA CORP.'s Hellenic Logical Systems (HLS) Division is a research and development entity dedicated to engineering the next logical layer of human-machine interaction. We operate at the intersection of seemingly disparate fields, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Bioinformatics, and Neurotechnology, to build systems that are more than just tools.
