DreaMS (Deep Representations Empowering the Annotation of Mass Spectra)

Pre-trained weights for pluskal-lab/DreaMS which require no dependencies but torch (and optionally safetensors).

The official checkpoints require a host of unrelated dependencies due to the use of pickle. The repackaged files in this repository contain nothing but the weight tensors and should be loadable with no unrelated dependencies. There is also a lightweight re-implementation of the model available in the repository.
