Falcon 3 isn't available in LM Studio yet (I should remove the line from the README for now), should be soon i know they're working on it actively

apparently if you download the latest beta, then install the newest available llama.cpp runtime, it'll work

when it's open, hit control/command + shift + r and then install 1.7.0
