Error reading the model

Hi! Thank you for your work! I was hoping to use this model in my research. However, I'm facing issues trying to read the weights of this model. The error states:
OSError: birgermoell/medical_sd does not appear to have a file named diffusion_pytorch_model.bin.
I was wondering if you have any advice on how can I get access to the weights of your model? Thank you!
