# Upstream Terms

The multiple-choice questions are derived from the SuperGPQA benchmark, published by the
M-A-P Team under the Open Data Commons Attribution License, version 1.0. SuperGPQA is a
composite benchmark and incorporates material from other datasets. The licenses and terms
of those referenced datasets continue to apply.

Users should credit the SuperGPQA benchmark and its paper, "SuperGPQA: Scaling LLM
Evaluation across 285 Graduate Disciplines" (2025), when using the question content.
