# Project context

- This workspace contains a prepared RGB remote-sensing corpus and an approved, separate lightweight model build. Dataset preparation/validation does not train models.
- The bounded sources are DOTA and OpenEarthMap. Preserve provenance and source-specific license limits.
- DOTA has no absolute geolocation guarantee in this selection; do not claim fully certified geographic independence.
- The corpus is finalized only when `datasets/corpus/visual_review.json` matches the validation content hash and `stats.json` reports readiness.
- Model implementation follows `docs/superpowers/plans/2026-10-24-lightweight-overhead-model.md`; durable task/review progress is in `.superpowers/sdd/2026-10-24-lightweight-overhead-model/progress.md`.
- Tasks 1 (CPU runtime) and 2 (fixed evaluation/metrics) are implemented and independently reviewed. Task 3 measured pretrained baseline is implemented: 52 quick tiles plus 68 detection calibration tiles, 178.909 seconds evaluation, 16 previews; see its task report for coverage concerns. No model training has started.
