# SZL public artifacts

**Status: PUBLIC / MUTABLE / DERIVED ARTIFACTS.** Provides presentation and diligence assets. `MANIFEST.json` is the local inventory. Publication here does not establish scientific, security, or runtime claims.

## Governance boundary

- This bucket is mutable object storage, not a versioned Git repository.
- File presence is not proof of validity, approval, deployment, or production readiness.
- Promotion requires an immutable source revision, declared digests, protected release evidence, and receipt verification.
- Credentials, private keys, unrestricted personal data, and unreviewed secrets must never be stored here.
