Source audit

Primary source: HF paper 2606.25745, corresponding to arXiv:2606.25745 and OpenReview RG7maF4bGu.

The paper source directly contains Lemma 3.6, Theorem 3.7, Proposition 5.1, Figures 2–6, and the UCI appendix. No author GitHub repository was linked from the HF paper metadata or located in the paper source. Therefore this bundle independently implements the conjugate Bayesian-linear-regression equations rather than claiming an author-code rerun.

Important notation: Theorem 3.7 states E[xᵀΣx − xᵀS*x] ≤ 0, where Σ is exact and S* is MFVI. The implemented result reports the opposite difference, MFVI minus exact, which must be non-negative.
