Publish status — repro-improved-stochastic-optimization-of-logsumexp

• Logbook is complete and passes validate_icml_logbook.py locally (.trackio/metadata.json carries both icml2026-repro and paper-TzQElzflxR).
• Poster passes all posterly hard gates (poster/GATE_REPORT.json, overall PASS).
• Artifacts are already public in the HF Bucket SabaPivot/repro-logsumexp-artifacts (scripts/, outputs/, figs/, poster/).

Blocker (2026-07-25 05:00 UTC): trackio logbook publish fails at POST /api/repos/create with

429 Too Many Requests ... You have exceeded the rate limit for space creation
(20 per day). You can retry this action in about 9 hours.

20 Spaces were created under this account in the preceding 24 h (oldest 07-24 08:29 UTC), so the quota frees up between 08:29 UTC and 14:00 UTC on 07-25.

Automatic retry is armed: scripts/logsumexp_publish_loop.sh runs detached (setsid) and retries trackio logbook publish every 10 minutes for up to 300 attempts (the script has a unique name so a parallel session's pkill -f retry_publish.sh cannot kill it); on success it prints PUBLISH_SUCCEEDED, then verifies the remote poster_embed string and the Space tags. Log: outputs/publish_retry.log.
