Agent Readiness Auditor run artifacts

This Bucket stores mutable, per-run artifacts before public consolidation into the Agent Readiness Audits Dataset.

Expected layout:

runs/<run_id>/metadata.json
runs/<run_id>/scorecard.json
runs/<run_id>/report.md
runs/<run_id>/events.jsonl

Only public, allowlisted targets may be stored here. Reports and event logs must pass token-pattern redaction before upload. Raw chain-of-thought, private code, credentials, and personal information must never be published.
