Get East Asian Width from a character.

'F'(Fullwidth), 'H'(Halfwidth), 'W'(Wide), 'Na'(Narrow), 'A'(Ambiguous) or 'N'(Natural).

Original Code is 東アジアの文字幅 (East Asian Width) の判定 - 中途.
