DilutionRisk public artifacts

Local sync workspace for the public Hugging Face Storage Bucket:

Status: foundation plus a synthetic HF-first publication proof — no production PDFs or markdown have been migrated yet.

The Bucket will contain approved ASX announcement PDFs and derived markdown under append-only, hash-bearing object keys. The versioned Dataset manifest selects the active representation and carries source attribution, size, hash, retrieval time and parser information.

The immutable document ID is ASX:{TICKER}:{DOC_ID}. Ticker remains part of identity because the same ASX document number can occur under different tickers. The full contract and schema are published with the linked Dataset. Only latest.json is mutable; revision manifests and hash-addressed artifacts must never be overwritten.

A non-production fixture under artifacts/v1/test/SYN/hf-first-proof-v1/ proves anonymous, checksum-verified, idempotent PDF/markdown delivery and is intentionally absent from the Dataset and production release manifest.

The target cadence is daily. Objects on review hold, zero-byte/corrupt files, backups, OCR/Document AI internals, operational Firestore fields, credentials, logs and signed URLs are excluded.

Source announcements remain subject to ASX/issuer/licensor rights and the written redistribution permission held by DilutionRisk. Public access does not itself grant a separate open licence. Automated markdown can contain errors; verify against the source announcement. This is not financial advice.
