Dataset Card for GraSCCo
The dataset contains clinical discharge summaries along with their corresponding summarizations. The source texts are from the GraSCCo dataset.

Dataset Description
The summarization texts were created using ChatGPT-3.5, followed by manual corrections and refinements. As mentioned in the GraSCCo paper, the source texts were synthetically generated based on real medical data. Consequently, the texts are no longer medically plausible.
