What's Inside This Pack

This pack contains the core deliverables from the v3.2 stabilization phase:

Core Files

• agent_registry.yaml — Canonical agent identities (joker_opus, joker_grok, governance_orchestrator, codex, neo)
• PORTS.md — Official port standardization (7352 = canonical governance)
• joker_opus_agent.py — Full canonical Opus wrapper (lazy loading + 7352 integration)
• task_reconciler.py — Auto-fix task ledger drift with backup/rollback
• token_compactor.py — Token-efficient heartbeat + compaction protocol

Research & Planning

• research/foundry_agent_inventory.md — Complete mapping of Azure Foundry agents to Nexus roles
• research/FOUNDRY_HERMES_OPENSHELL_COMBINED_PLAN.md — Official 4-layer architecture strategy
• docs/dashboard/GLM_FUSION_INTAKE_CHECKLIST.md — Ready-to-send checklist for both GLM teams

How to Use This Pack

1. Unzip into your local NEXUS repository root
2. Review agent_registry.yaml and PORTS.md first (these are canonical)
3. Run python task_reconciler.py --apply to fix any remaining task drift
4. Send GLM_FUSION_INTAKE_CHECKLIST.md to both GLM5 and GLM5.1 teams
5. Deploy joker_opus_agent.py alongside the existing Grok wrapper

• Enable AI Gateway on Foundry (Basic v2)
• Begin OpenShell trial (Codex + OpenCode sandboxes)
• Wire one dashboard path to real 7352 API
• Full token compaction across all agents
