# Storyboard

The visual thesis is a decision map that changes shape when loss changes direction.

- Scenes 1 and 2 give the reader one consequential action: allocate money, then choose which uncertainty geometry to test.
- Scenes 3 and 4 connect that action to the paper's actual bilevel program.
- Scene 5 changes from intuition to audit. Six claim pages use one stable verdict language and expose downgrade arguments.
- Scene 6 turns the main empirical tension into an instrument. The coverage target stays fixed while the reader scrubs the observed interval. A second mode reveals where mean regression improvement is positive without satisfying the stronger all-trials wording.

Motion explains state changes only. Semantic colors remain stable: teal for measured traces, brass for partial support, and coral for unresolved boundaries.
