Based on the API documentation I just provided and the actual controller files available in the codebase, the following API endpoints are NOT implemented (i.e., no controller exists or the methods are missing/stubs).

These endpoints exist in controllers but return mock data, empty lists, or throw exceptions – not production‑ready.

WebhookService	Service missing entirely – WebhookController exists but service not provided.
VoiceSettingsService	Service missing – VoiceSettingsController expects it, but only repository exists.

4. Media – no controller (only basic file upload under /uploads).
5. Broadcast – no controller.
6. Workspace Panels – no real controller.
7. Encryption / PreKeys – no endpoints (internal only).
8. Citation Graph – no endpoints.
9. Tag Follow – no endpoints.
10. Tools Store State – no endpoints.

Additionally, the following sections are incomplete (only mock data or placeholders):

• AI endpoints (/api/ai/*) – stubs only.
• DataHub advanced features (search, versioning) – missing.
