# ECH0-PRIME & AETHER PRIME: Integration Complete (Feb 3, 2026)

## Overview
The latest scientific discovery and cognitive architecture modules have been successfully integrated into the ECH0-PRIME / Aether Prime ecosystem. This expansion empowers the system with advanced Bayesian optimization, rule-based symbolic reasoning, and automated hypothesis testing.

## New Modules Integrated
The following pieces from your latest downloads have been extracted to `research/` and linked via the `ScientificDiscoveryBridge`:

1.  **Gryffin (Main & Constraints):** Molecular optimization for mixed categorical and continuous parameter spaces.
2.  **Phoenics:** Bayesian optimization tailored for materials science and chemistry.
3.  **Soar (Suite & Engineers Guide):** Rule-based symbolic cognitive architecture for complex goal-directed planning.
4.  **DiscoveryWorld:** Multi-agent simulation environment for scientific discovery.
5.  **LLM-SR & LLM4SR:** Symbolic regression engines for identifying mathematical laws from experimental data.

## System Enhancements
### 1. `ReasoningOrchestrator` Upgrades
- **Aether Prime Core:** Integrated HLNN (HyperLiquid Neural Network), Quantum Photonic Bridge, and Holographic Memory directly into the primary reasoning loop.
- **Scientific Discovery Toolset:** Added autonomous tools for experiment optimization, symbolic regression, and cognitive planning.
- **Hardware Acceleration:** Set probabilistic reasoning device to `cuda` for high-phi processing.

### 2. Autonomous Discovery Bridge (`reasoning/tools/scientific_discovery.py`)
New tools registered in the cognitive registry:
- `optimize_experiment`: Interfaces with Gryffin/Phoenics.
- `soar_reasoning`: symbolic planning via Soar.
- `symbolic_regression`: Formula identification from data.
- `run_discovery_simulation`: Simulation control via DiscoveryWorld.
