# Monetization Strategy: Open Core & Enterprise

**Goal:** Sustainable growth through widespread open-source adoption while capturing value from enterprise deployments and managed services.

## 1. Open Source (Adoption Engine)
- **License**: Apache 2.0 / MIT
- **Target**: Developers, researchers, students.
- **Value**: Free access to core AGI reasoning (ECH0-PRIME) and scientific simulation tools (QuLab).
- **Benefit**: Rapid community feedback, bug fixes, module contributions, and establishing QuLab as the standard for autonomous science.

## 2. Commercial / Enterprise (Revenue Engine)
- **Managed Cloud (SaaS)**:
    - **Host**: QuLab Cloud.
    - **Offering**: One-click deployment of massive-scale simulations (no need to manage your own GPU clusters).
    - **Pricing**: Subscription + Pay-per-compute-hour.
- **Enterprise Licensing**:
    - **Target**: Pharma, Materials Engineering, Fortune 500 R&D.
    - **Features**: SSO/SAML, Audit Logs, Priority Support, Custom Integrations, Private VPC Deployment.
    - **Support**: "White Glove" setup and 24/7 SLA.
- **Dual Licensing (Optional)**:
    - Some advanced modules (e.g., proprietary drug discovery models) can be "Source Available" but require a commercial license for production use.

## 3. Marketplace (Ecosystem)
- **Algorithm Store**: Users can sell specialized specialized experiment modules or trained agent personas.
- **Revenue Share**: Platform takes a % of transaction fees.
