Architecture
Fusion Detector = CLIP (80%) + Frequency (20%)
- CLIP Head: 768 → 512 → 256 → 2 with LayerNorm, GELU, Dropout
- Frequency Classifier: GradientBoostingClassifier on FFT/DCT features
