This repository exists so older links resolve. Weights are not published.

It described a 4-decision loop gate (next_tool, safe_to_log, needs_case, urgency) on Qwen/Qwen3.5-2B-Base. A joint 24-decision head that mixed those loop tasks with 20 applied CX tasks was trained and rejected: safe_to_log fell from 1.0000 to 0.7819.

The live control path is deterministic engines, not this checkpoint:

• Applied (non-gating) head, synthetic LLM-judged labels: chendren/cx-decider-applied-v1

PCI pause, TCPA consent, and distress containment stay on code. Do not treat a chat checkpoint with "decision" in the name as a System One head.
