Add pipeline tag, library name, and license to model card

This PR adds the feature-extraction pipeline tag to improve model discoverability. The pytorch library name is added to accurately reflect the model's framework. Finally, an MIT license is added, assuming this is the correct license for the project based on the Github repo.
