Orhan Ibrahimzade PRO

Orhan Ibrahimzade is an independent AI researcher working on natural language and speech processing for low-resource languages, with a focus on Azerbaijani and the wider Turkic family. He leads the ALMAZ project (Advanced Language Model for AZerbaijan), a research programme building open infrastructure for Azerbaijani NLP: corpora, language models, evaluation benchmarks and speech recognition diagnostics. ALMAZ comprises a survey series, an open artifact catalog (the ALMAZ Resource Roster), and resources released at github.com/almaz-nlp and huggingface.co/almaz-nlp.
