SpikingKiki-V4 adapters
Rate-coded SNN equivalents of the 35 micro-kiki V4 SOTA LoRA
adapters (Phase D). Each adapter converted via
scripts/convert_lora_to_snn.py using the SpikingKiki-V4 base
lif_metadata.json (T=128, threshold=0.0625, tau=1.0).
