Add pipeline tag and update metadata

This PR improves the model card metadata by adding the image-to-video pipeline tag, ensuring the model is discoverable in the appropriate category on the Hub. It also updates the YAML section to follow Hub guidelines by removing the arxiv field, which is already correctly referenced in the markdown badges and citation section.
