Non-collaborator pushing a 1 MiB random LFS object to refs/pr/N only, to check upstream CI can resolve it. Will be closed immediately.
Throwaway test for commaai/openpilot#39115: non-collaborator LFS push to a Hub PR ref, object resolves anonymously via the batch endpoint. Closing.
