Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR adds a model card for TALON, a test-time adaptive learning framework for on-the-fly category discovery, based on the CVPR 2026 paper. The model card includes:

• Links to the paper and the official code repository.
• A summary of the approach.
• Installation and evaluation instructions using uv.
• Relevant metadata such as the image-classification pipeline tag.
