This PR improves the model card for Depth Anything 3 by:

• Updating the pipeline_tag from depth-estimation to image-to-3d to better reflect the model's capabilities in recovering 3D geometry from images.
• Correcting the arXiv paper links in the README content to the official paper URL (https://arxiv.org/abs/2511.10647).

These changes enhance the model's discoverability on the Hub and provide more precise information about its functionality.
