Update pipeline tag and paper links

This PR updates the model card to reflect the model's broader capabilities by changing the pipeline_tag to image-to-3d. This will improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub for users interested in 3D reconstruction from images.
It also corrects and updates the paper links in the README to point to the official Hugging Face paper page (https://huggingface.co/papers/2511.10647). Additionally, the arXiv ID in the BibTeX citation is fixed for accuracy.
