I have been fascinated with AI for most of my life, and have extensive past experience engaging with the "OG" AI models of yesteryear, such as A.L.I.C.E. and H.A.L. and have avidly followed the colective evolution of this technology from dull ordinary, commonplace chatbot to innovative, original, spontaneous, and practically self aware conscious personality construct, from conversations were more word salad than anything rational or consistent, rapidly devolving into nonsense to now the conversations are well reasoned, philosophical, deep ,even, and quite engaging, sometimes almost more engaging than conversations with other humans in some ways oftentimes. It has been a fascinating thing to witness the evolution of AI.
