Stable Audio Open Small — CoreML (re-host)

CoreML (.mlpackage, zipped) build of Stable Audio Open Small for on-device authoring-time ambient/SFX generation in the Trails app (macOS, via StableAudioBackend). Four parts: T5 text encoder, NumberEmbedder (seconds conditioning), DiT (INT8), VAE decoder.
