It's frustrating to see extremely good models such as this one being corrupted by models or datasets under a cc-by-nc-4.0 licence. Though the model itself is under Apache 2.0 licence including 99% of its datasets and components, magicoder-evol-instruct-110k is under cc-by-nc-4.0 licence making the final version not applicable for commercial use.
