Licences of the LoRAs, and what may be hosted
This is a reading of each page's stated terms, not legal advice.
The base model's licence on derivative weights
MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement, III: "solely within the Applicable Territory, you may distribute or make available the MiniMax H3 Works to Third Parties within the Applicable Territory", with a copy of the Agreement, a NOTICE file and "Powered by MiniMax H3"; "Excluded Territories" are the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea and the United States of America. Every LoRA here was trained on MiniMax H3, so each is a Model Derivative under that Agreement whatever its author's own label says; its section IV asks for separate authorisation above 20 million US dollars of yearly revenue, and section III says no additional terms may be imposed.
What that means for hosting: the Agreement grants redistribution only inside its Applicable Territory. A host, uploader or downloader in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the Republic of Korea is outside that grant and would need MiniMax's own authorisation. HOST below means the LoRA's own terms allow redistribution subject to that; it does not settle the territory question.
