This PR enhances the model card for the DOFA model by:

  • Adding pipeline_tag: image-feature-extraction to improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub for earth observation tasks.
  • Specifying library_name: pytorch based on the direct PyTorch and TorchGeo usage examples found in the GitHub repository.
  • Updating the main title of the model card to be more descriptive.
  • Incorporating clear and concise code snippets from the project's GitHub README into a "How to Use" section, demonstrating immediate model loading and inference.
  • Removing redundant license information from the content, as it's already defined in the YAML metadata.

The existing Arxiv paper link has been retained as per the instructions provided.
