I was also expecting this if comes.
This appears to be quite neglected, least in terms of its open aspect.
We released Meditron3 based on Llama 3 a few months ago and some other models recently on https://huggingface.co/OpenMeditron !
Wonderful! So is on OpenMeditron, I have missed that link, I will evaluate it as soon as possible, great!
