Hi team,

Thanks for releasing Locate 3D — it's really impressive and I’m excited to try it out!

I was going through the repo and noticed the documentation is a bit limited. I’m trying to run inference using my own .ply point cloud files, but it’s unclear whether they can be used directly or if some preprocessing is needed.

It would be super helpful if you could add a bit more detail to the docs — maybe a section on how to prepare custom data and run inference locally.

Appreciate your work on this — looking forward to using it more!
