Access to models rejected

Hello,
I just tried to request access to the model files but my request was rejected. I'm not sure why. Is there any guidance on who is allowed to use the models? I'm happy to provide more personal information if required.

I was rejected too, I don't understand why. For whom is access open?

"SAM 3D Objects is available via HuggingFace globally, except in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. Sanctioned jurisdiction will result in requests being rejected"

China is on a sanctions list.
