Request to reset and reconsider rejected SAM 3.1 access

Hello Meta SAM team,
My access request to facebook/sam3.1 was rejected. Could you please reset it to pending or manually reconsider it?
Intended use:
I am conducting civilian research on long-horizon video world models for robotic manipulation. SAM 3.1 will only be used to generate and audit segmentation and tracking masks for robots and manipulated objects in research videos.
The model will not be used for surveillance, biometric identification, weapons, military applications, or other prohibited purposes. I will comply with the SAM license and applicable policies, and I will not redistribute the model weights or access credentials.
Could you please reset my rejected request to pending or grant access?
