Hello Meta SAM Team,

My access request to facebook/sam3.1 was rejected, and I would appreciate a manual review.

I am a 3D Software Engineer, but I am requesting access strictly for a personal, non-commercial Video-to-Animation motion capture project. I will use SAM 3.1 locally for frame-by-frame character segmentation to improve motion data extraction.

I will not redistribute the model weights and will strictly follow all license and usage terms.
