Request for reconsideration of rejected SAM 3.1 access

Hello Meta SAM Team,
My access request for facebook/sam3.1 was recently rejected. I would greatly appreciate it if you could manually review my application and, if appropriate, reset its status to pending or grant me access.
Intended Use
I plan to use SAM 3.1 for sky segmentation on multi-camera autonomous-driving research data. The model checkpoint will be used solely for local inference to generate sky masks for research and evaluation purposes.
I will not redistribute or share the model checkpoint, and I will comply with the SAM license and all applicable terms and usage restrictions.
Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is required. Thank you for taking the time to review my request.
