Request for Human Review of SAM 3.1 Access Application (Hugging Face: freefer)

I am writing to respectfully request a human review of my previously denied application for access to facebook/sam3.1.
I am a technical practitioner conducting personal, non-commercial research on intelligent dataset annotation systems. My intended use of SAM 3.1 is limited to visual-model dataset annotation, specifically to study and improve annotation workflows for computer-vision datasets.
