Request to Reconsider Rejected SAM 3.1 Access

My access request to facebook/sam3.1 was recently rejected. I would be very grateful if you could manually reconsider my request, or reset it to pending so that I can correct or provide any missing information.

I am currently conducting non-commercial academic research on UAV-based wind turbine blade video segmentation and tracking under the supervision of my university research group.
My research focuses on maintaining the identity consistency of multiple rotating wind turbine blades when the UAV viewpoint changes. In particular, I am interested in the challenging case where the blades become heavily overlapped or occluded from a side view, and the system must correctly recover the identity of each blade when they become visible again.
I would like to use SAM 3.1 as a baseline video segmentation and tracking model to study this problem and evaluate possible improvements for occlusion handling and identity recovery.
The model will be used locally and solely for civilian academic research. I will comply with the SAM 3.1 license and applicable usage requirements, and I will not redistribute the model weights or access credentials.
Could you please reconsider my access request, or reset it to pending so that I can provide any additional information if necessary?
