My access request for facebook/sam3.1 was rejected, and I would like to kindly request a manual review or a reset of my application so that I can provide any missing or corrected information.
I am a graduate student conducting academic research in computer vision, with a current focus on industrial anomaly generation and anomaly detection. I would like to evaluate SAM 3.1 as a segmentation component in my research pipeline, primarily for generating and refining object/anomaly masks, supporting region-level analysis, and evaluating segmentation quality in industrial visual anomaly datasets.SAM 3.1 will be used locally for non-commercial academic research and benchmarking purposes.
