Intended use:
I plan to evaluate and fine-tune SAM 3/3.1 for civilian remote-sensing and environmental land-use monitoring. The project focuses on segmenting waste dumps, soil-fill sites, and construction sites from aerial or satellite imagery. These targets will be treated as one category.
The project does not involve military use, weapons, identification of individuals, or human surveillance. I agree to comply with the SAM License and all applicable trade-control, privacy, and data-protection requirements.
