Reset of Rejected SAM3 Access
Dear SAM3 Team,
My access request to the facebook/sam3 repository was recently rejected. I would like to kindly request a manual review or a reset of my access request so that I can resubmit my information.
I am a graduate student at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China, conducting non-commercial academic research in computer vision.
My research focuses on image editing and diffusion models. I would like to use SAM3 for text-prompted image segmentation to generate object masks for an academic image editing research project and for experimental evaluation.
The model will only be used for non-commercial academic research. I will comply with the SAM3 license, acceptable-use requirements, applicable trade-control requirements, and the Meta Privacy Policy. I will not redistribute the SAM3 model weights or access credentials.
