Request for Manual Review / Reset of Rejected SAM 3 Access
Hello SAM 3 Team,
My access request for the facebook/sam3 repository was rejected, and I am currently unable to submit a new request.
My name is Zekai Zhao, and I am a PhD researcher at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University. My research focuses on biomedical imaging and medical image analysis.
I would like to use SAM 3 solely for non-commercial academic research, particularly for interactive annotation of medical images, including segmentation-assisted labeling and related evaluation experiments.
The model would be used locally on our research workstation/server for research purposes only. I will comply with the SAM 3 license, Meta policies, and Hugging Face terms, and I will not redistribute the model weights or access credentials.
If my previous application contained incomplete or unclear information, I would appreciate the opportunity to correct it.
Could you please manually review my application or reset my rejected access status so that I can submit the request again?
