Follow-up on SAM3 weights access request
Hello SAM3 team,
I hope you’re doing well. I requested access to the SAM3 weights on Hugging Face on Jan 17, 2026, and the request has remained in a pending status since then.
My current research focuses on instance segmentation and semantic segmentation, and I’m very interested in evaluating SAM3 as a foundation model for these directions including benchmarking, analysis, and prototyping. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate access to the SAM3 checkpoints so I can conduct deeper research. I confirm I will follow the license terms and Meta’s privacy policy.
Could you please let me know whether any additional information is needed from my side, or if there is an estimated timeline for review? I’m happy to comply with any required terms and policies.
