Have different model checkpoints on different repositories and demo

Hello @rawalkhirodkar congratulations on the release!
It would be great if you could have each model in different repositories, so one doesn't have to download all the models when cloning this repository.
If you want, I can send over an automated script to do this conveniently. Also let us know if you'd like to build a demo, we can provide a hardware grant :)

For video processing, GPU Zero is sometimes not enough for inferring the larger models
