Has anyone have weights?
Yep, you just have to ask it on the Model card, then you will be granted access and be able to download it. It's called a "gated model" not accessible publicly.
Before requesting in Hugging Face, submit the form here
https://ai.meta.com/resources/models-and-libraries/seamless-downloads/
then the request in Hugging Face gets approved
