I see Brain data transfer aka telepathy (at least one way) in between the lines of code and the model weight of this research.
This is an encoder, next is decoder maybe specific encoder/decoder where brain signal play role of an encryption keys, for each person that learn to map their special variation of brain waves into [near]lossless unified representation compact data form and decode that back into data for the authorized receiver , one thing from security lens might potentially be problematic same trouble of traditional communications man in the middle.
